Organisation access

Get your organisation to fund CAT-UXO

You shouldn’t have to pay for the technical records your team relies on. Organisation seats let a manager buy yearly access, then decide who on the team can use it.

Choose seats for your team

Who this is for

Take this page to your leadership

Whether you need access yourself or you buy it for a team, organisation seats keep CAT-UXO with the organisation — not with individual subscriptions that disappear when people leave.

For technicians

Share this with your team lead

If CAT-UXO is part of how you work, ask your programme manager or team lead to cover it. They can buy seats for the whole team instead of asking everyone to subscribe out of pocket.

For managers

One invoice. You assign the seats.

Pay once a year for the seats you need. When someone leaves, deactivate their seat and give it to the next person — the access stays with you.

What you get

Why organisations choose CAT-UXO

Every occupied seat is a full CAT-UXO Member: unrestricted technical records, downloads, and the ability to contribute.

One bill, many members

Purchase seats annually for your organisation instead of asking every technician to subscribe individually.

You control the seats

Activate and deactivate people as they join or leave. Unused seats stay with the organisation until you assign them.

Simple invites

Share an invite code or link. Colleagues create an account and occupy an available seat without a separate checkout.

Full member access

Every occupied seat unlocks the same CAT-UXO Member library, including EOD guidance and the ability to contribute records.

How it works

How seat allocation works

Three steps from a seat count to a working team. Once you know the size, you can take that number to your leadership — or continue to checkout if you can buy today.

  1. 1

Choose how many seats you need

Plans start at five seats. Pick a package or set a custom count. You pay once a year for the seats you allocate.

  2. 2

    Invite people onto those seats

After checkout you receive a shareable invite code. Anyone who joins with that code occupies one of your prepaid seats.

  3. 3

    Manage access at any time

From organisation settings you can deactivate a seat when someone leaves, then activate it for someone new — without buying another subscription.
